What You’ll Do

Invoice & Payment Management

• Track and manage incoming payments, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records in the Epic system to support seamless bookkeeping operations.

Binder & Documentation Tracking

• Verify and collect required binders and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Data Entry & System Updates

• Accurately input financial transactions and client records into Epic, enabling smooth accounting follow-ups and reporting.

Accounts Receivable Coordination

• Collaborate with the bookkeeping and accounting teams to ensure timely collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Process Consistency

• Maintain a steady, structured workflow with a high level of accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and consistently.
