Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management:
- Import, verify, and process leads using tools like Zoho, Reonomy, and iMapp.
- Handle both initial uploads and ongoing lead updates within CRM systems such as Follow-Up Boss and Mojo Dialer.
- Data Entry and System Integration:
- Accurately upload leads and synchronize data across CRM and dialing systems.
- Maintain up-to-date and error-free records in all systems.
- Outreach Campaign Support:
- Set up and execute targeted email campaigns using platforms like Mailjet or Mailchimp.
- Manage follow-up communications and update CRM systems with every interaction.
- Administrative Support:
- Track follow-up tasks, regularly update lead records, and generate weekly reports on lead processing and campaign performance.

- Proven expertise in managing CRM platforms, particularly Zoho and Google Contacts.
- Hands-on experience with email campaign tools such as Mailjet or Mailchimp is a must.
