Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in manufacturing hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent strategy to ensure smooth hiring for our new manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles, including engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and maintenance.

·        Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent for the projects.

·        Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, create JDs, and establish hiring timelines.

·        Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.

·        Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent.

·        Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies and vendors for niche skill hiring.

·        Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

·        Handle salary negotiations and final offer discussions.

·        Maintain hiring metrics, reports, and dashboards to track recruitment progress.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
